Before cancelling your booking please ensure you have read and agree to the cancellations T&Cs; please also note that you can cancel a booking free of charge as long as you are within the free cancellation time frame as outlined in the T&Cs. Deposits paid may be non-refundable as it is the case of Advance Purchase bookings.

There are certain terms and conditions we would like to draw your attention to. When you access, browse or use this website, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to be bound by these use terms and conditions.
Rates are quoted and charged in EUR inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Alternative currency rates are indicative only, are based on current exchange rates and are subject to fluctuation. All rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration. All discounted rates quoted are limited offers and are similarly subject to availability, a minimum number of nights stay, and a certain number of sharing guests. Although rooms may be available at the time of enquiry, rooms available under special offers will however be limited. Special offers and certain periods may be subject to minimum stay requirements. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, The George Boutique Hotel does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information and descriptions of listed hotels and products.
To make a booking you must enter the details of a valid credit or charge card legally held by you. The balance of the accommodation charge as well as any additional costs incurred shall be paid prior to departure.
Please note that some special offers are subject to a deposit payable at the time of booking and might be non-refundable. Read offer description in this sense.
Please check individual packages for children inclusive policies. In all other cases, children meals shall be paid as taken.
Except for the cases detailed below, reservations may be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours before the arrival date. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in an automatic charge equivalent to 1 night’s accommodation being charged to your credit or charge card. To cancel your reservation please follow the “click here to cancel your booking” link received in your booking confirmation, or click the cancellation link located in the footer of our home page. In the event you experience problems with the online cancelation process, please email the Hotel directly quoting the Booking Reference Number issued with your confirmation.
All Advance Purchase Reservations are prepaid in full, non-refundable and non-transferable (neither to different name nor to alternative date).
RESERVATIONS OF 4 ROOMS OR MORE ARE SUBJECT TO GROUP REGULATIONS AS OUTLINED BELOW:
5.1. AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
All amendments or cancellations must be notified in writing to the Hotel. In the event of Advance purchase bookings, these are as confirmed at the booking stage and are neither refundable nor transferable.
Group Cancellation/amendment fees will apply as follows:
Cancellations received up to 15 days prior to arrival date may be cancelled at no charge.
Cancellations received within 15 days will be charged in full.
5.2 DEPOSITS & CONFIRMATIONS
In order to confirm your reservation, we require your credit or debit card details at the time of booking. An amount equivalent to 5% of the total value of your on-line reservation will be preauthorised on your debit card at the time of your reservation so as to guarantee your booking. In all other cases a 5% deposit is required to be forwarded to the Hotel in order to guarantee your reservations.
Unless otherwise requested, we will email a confirmation of your reservation to your nominated email address.
Rooming list to be advised with final numbers 14 days prior to arrival.
The Hotel reserves the right to arrange alternative accommodations in a property of similar standing should the Hotel be unavailable. An appropriate gesture will be made in these instances to advise the guest. The Hotel may also offer a complimentary drink or glass of wine in certain cases. Under no circumstances will the Hotel reimburse guests with any other kind of recompense.
Upon check in all guests will be asked to provide additional method of payment, ie Credit Card or Debit card. The Hotel does not accept cash on arrival. Credit /debit cards will be charged in full for the total stay price.
All guests must present a credit card on check in; full payment will be taken and credit facility will be available for room charges. If no credit card is available then a debit card will be accepted; however, full payment will be taken on check in and no credit facility will be available for your room. A cash deposit of €100 per night along with photographic ID will also be needed for those who present a debit card.
Official Photo ID in the name of the person staying is required at check-in.

The booking confirmation email that you will receive on completing your booking will contain full details on how to cancel your booking online. Please note that in the case of group reservations fees may apply as detailed at point 5.1.

The following terms and conditions apply to gift vouchers sales:
* Vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented on arrival
* Vouchers are not reservations. Reservations must be made in advance via telephone by calling the hotel directly, quoting the voucher reference number.
* All reservations are subject to availability.
* Vouchers are valid for new bookings only.
* Vouchers are only valid for the value specified and any additional charges must be paid directly by the guest.
* All vouchers are valid for 24 months from date of purchase, unless specified otherwise.
* The George Boutique Hotel cannot accept responsibility for any vouchers that are mislaid, lost or stolen.
* Only original and unaltered vouchers will be honoured.
* Hotel QUIET HOURS begin at 11:00 p.m., nightly. Loud noise, loud music, loud voices, horseplay (in Hotel rooms or other facilities), running in the corridors, playing on the elevators, high traffic in/out rooms, and loitering are not permitted and can result in immediate eviction with no refund.
* Noise levels should be at an acceptable level as judged by the Hotel’s other guests and Hotel Management. If Hotel Management receives a noise complaint, we will only give one warning to quieten down. Receiving a second complaint will result in the room(s) being asked to leave the Hotel and no refund will be given. Any cost incurred by the hotel due to the said complaints will be charged the full amount.
* The registered guest(s) of each room is responsible for the behavior and actions of anyone in and visiting their room, and must insure their visitors abide by all Hotel rules and regulations.
